We went to the zoo and a corn maze over the weekend for Caleb's birthday, but the highlight for 1st birthdays is the cake. He most definitely had a good time with the cake. Caleb also got a bike, a slide, and some building blocks for his birthday. When Caleb was born we put the slide away to make room for the changing table, so we brought it back out for his birthday. Both Paul and Caleb have been on it nonstop, but the bike that my mom sent was a hit. He doesn't let that bike out of his sight. They just don't make them like they used to. I mean, who wouldn't love a bike with streamers?

what a cutie! love the cheeks, just makes me want to squeeze him! i can't believe he is a year! dan and i keep talking about how we need to plan a trip to get together with you guys. i feel like life has been in overdrive, but its no excuse. its been too long!!
Happy Birthday! This year went by sooooo fast! It looks like he really enjoyed his presents and cake.
He has gotten so big! His hair is so blonde. He does look a lot like pat. Happy Birthday Caleb!
